We regret to inform you that Enlightened at Hylands Estate, Chelmsford will be closed on Wednesday 1st January 2025 due to the forecasted high winds. This decision has been made with the safety and comfort of our guests in mind. Locations Affected:
This closure only affects Wednesday 1st January 2025 and Enlightened will remain open on all other dates.
What Should You Do Next?
If Your Tickets Are for Another Day
No action is required. Your event will proceed as planned.
If Your Tickets Are for Wednesday 1st January 2025.
If you have tickets for this date, please follow the steps below to rebook:
- Visit www.enlightenedmoments.co.uk/tickets and log in using your order number (starting with “EM”) and the email address used for your original booking.
- In the My Tickets section, select “Cancel Order for Rebooking Voucher.” Your tickets will then be cancelled, and you will receive a rebooking voucher via email.
- Use the voucher code to book tickets for an alternative date or available time slot of your choice.
*Please note that Enlightened at Hylands runs until 4th January and there is availability remaining on all days before the event closes. Should you not be able to find a date or time suitable, the rebooking vouchers are also valid for our winter 2025 series of events.
We are truly sorry for any inconvenience caused by this closure and hope this early notice will allow you sufficient time to adjust your plans and join us on another day.
