Enlightened Moments – Consumer Terms and Conditions

In these terms and conditions, “Enlightened” refers to Enlightened Moments Limited.

Purchasing Tickets

  • Tickets purchased are for personal use only. Reselling or transferring tickets in violation of these terms is prohibited and may result in ticket cancellation without refund or liability.
  • Orders exceeding the maximum limit per person, card, or household may be cancelled, with a refund of ticket price and associated fees.
  • To prevent fraud, additional verification may be required after booking. Suspected fraudulent orders may be cancelled.
  • Orders are subject to acceptance by Enlightened. Pricing errors will be rectified, and affected orders may be cancelled or confirmed at the correct price.
  • Attendance affirms consent to potential filming or recording. Contact Event Management if objection arises.

Delivery and Collection

  • Tickets will be electronically dispatched.
  • Check tickets upon receipt and report errors promptly. Corrections are discretionary.

Cancellation Rights and Refunds

  • A 24-hour cooling-off period is provided from the time of booking for cancellations and refunds and exchanges.
  • Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged after the 24-hour cooling off period.
  • Rebooking vouchers are also available for cancellations made up to 14 days before the event.
  • For bookings made under the flexible upgrade option, rebooking requests can be made up to 24 hours before the event.
  • Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced or refunded.

Cancellation, Change, or Postponement of Event

  • Decisions regarding event changes or cancellations are made by Enlightened.
  • Attendees should verify event status before attending. Notification of changes or cancellations will be communicated via email or phone.
  • Refunds will typically be offered for cancelled events.

Refunds

  • Refunds, when applicable, require the return of tickets. Follow refund instructions for eligibility.
  • Refunds are typically issued within 30 days using the original payment method.

Attending an Event

  • Admission is subject to Promoter and venue rules. Breach may result in refusal of admission or ejection.
  • Compliance with health, safety, and security measures is required. Anti-social behavior or possession of prohibited items may result in refusal of admission or ejection.
  • Significant event terms will be highlighted, but attendees are encouraged to review all terms and conditions.
  • Special requirements should be raised during booking.
  • Carry proof of age if required.

Privacy

  • Personal information may be shared with Promoters, venue operators, and others involved in the event.
  • Consent may be required for sharing information with third parties for marketing purposes.
  • Compliance with UK data protection legislation is assured.
  • Information submitted to third-party websites is subject to their privacy policies.
  • Contact details may be shared with NHS Test and Trace upon request for COVID-19 exposure notification.
  • Personal information will not be disclosed without permission, except as legally required.

General

  • Enlightened is not liable for the actions of others, including Promoters and venue operators.
  • Ticket purchase and these terms are governed by English law, with disputes subject to English court jurisdiction.
